Job summary/Role description

The job related to the construction and engineering on various projects including, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Heating/Cooling Systems, Electrical implementations across the country, Georgia.

MEP Engineering is a part of the company team where has responsibility of following activities, managing and leading offices and sites in on-going projects, control the technical aspects of projects, meeting the current schedule of projects and respect to of all reporting documentation both external and internal managerial team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist managers to lead company in all technical matters
• Allocation of materials during purchase stage, financial capabilities
• Control the work flow of current employees.  
• To be in touch with company technical managerial team at all time. 

Knowledge & Qualifications:

·    Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar diploma related to MEP

·    Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.

-    Good understanding of MEP in all aspects.

·    Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis in the use of Excel tool (pivot table, formulas, graphs, etc);

Experience:

• Relevant experience in MEP is a must;
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis in the use of Excel and Project tool (pivot table, formulas, graphs, time table, scheduling etc);
• Experience working on the field and back office.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good degree of English and Russian;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
